Key updates in this proposal include

Serious Crimes: Implementing stricter penalties for sexual and gender violence. Crimes like sexual abuse and incest against minors will not have a statute of limitations.
Protection for Women: Introducing "Privileged Self-Defense" for women facing violence, giving them more legal protection.
3 Exemptions: Specifying three exceptions where abortion will not be criminally punishable.
Anti-Corruption: Strengthening penalties for corruption, influence peddling, and embezzlement, and revising aggravating factors for these crimes.
